1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or booking any studio space through NoteCabin Studio Rentals you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms you must not use the service.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must maintain accurate account information, ensure timely arrival for bookings, and treat all equipment and premises with care. Users are responsible for any damage caused during their session beyond normal wear.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Studios may only be used for lawful music recording, rehearsal, and production activities. Illegal activities, excessive noise complaints, or behavior that disturbs other tenants are prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.
4. Booking Rules
All reservations are confirmed upon full prepayment. Sessions may be booked in hourly increments with a minimum of two hours. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and include a 15% surcharge.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% credit toward future bookings. No-shows receive no refund.
6. Payments
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and ACH transfers. All prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Invoices are issued automatically after each completed session.
7. Limitation of Liability
NoteCabin Studio Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the facilities. Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
